Is the wash really 100% waterless?+
Yes. Our crew brings a proprietary chemical wash solution with them — no tap, tanker or society water is used at any point in the process.
Will it damage my car's paint?+
No. The formula is designed to be scratchproof and paintproof on every paint type, lifting dirt without the friction that causes swirl marks on a traditional wash.
Who are the people washing my car?+
Every Glinto crew member is identity-verified, address-checked and goes through structured training before their first wash. They wear a Glinto uniform and carry an ID card at all times.
What if I'm not happy with a wash?+
Rate the job in the app and let us know what went wrong. Feedback is taken seriously — it directly affects crew scheduling and retraining.
Can I pause my subscription while I'm travelling?+
Yes. Plans can be paused, resumed or stopped from the app whenever you like — there's no lock-in period.
