A service-based refund framework for Glinto subscriptions, missed services and payment reconciliation.
Glinto provides vehicle-cleaning services rather than physical products. There is therefore generally nothing to physically return after a service has been completed. If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, you should contact Glinto support so that the service-quality issue can be reviewed.
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced, except where a refund is expressly provided under this Policy, a payment was incorrectly charged, a duplicate payment occurred, a technical payment error occurred, Glinto approves a refund following investigation, Glinto is unable to provide the applicable service for reasons attributable to Glinto, or a refund is required under applicable law.
A customer cancelling AutoPay does not automatically receive a refund for a subscription cycle that has already been paid for. The subscription generally remains active until the end of the applicable paid period unless otherwise stated.
Free trial services have no purchase price and therefore generally do not create a refund entitlement.
If the trial does not successfully convert into a paid subscription because the recurring payment fails, no subscription charge is created merely because the trial was completed.
Customer-caused missed service. If a vehicle cannot be serviced because it is inaccessible, required water is unavailable, the customer does not provide reasonable access, the vehicle has been moved or is unavailable, or another customer-controlled circumstance prevents service, the service may be treated as a missed service and generally will not be refunded.
If money is deducted from your payment method but your subscription does not activate due to a technical or payment-processing issue, Glinto will investigate the transaction with its payment provider.
Depending on the confirmed payment status, Glinto may activate/stop the applicable service, correct the subscription status, process a refund, or take another appropriate reconciliation action. A confirmed duplicate or erroneous payment will be investigated separately from ordinary subscription-refund requests.
Where Glinto approves a refund, it will generally be processed through the original payment method or applicable payment processor.
The time required for a refund to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment method, bank/payment institution, payment processor, and other banking or payment-system processes. Glinto does not guarantee a specific bank-processing time.
Referral/wallet credits are promotional credits, generally have no cash value, cannot ordinarily be withdrawn as cash, and are intended to be applied toward eligible future Glinto payments. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and attempts to manipulate the referral system are prohibited. Glinto may cancel or reverse credits obtained through fraud or abuse.
If you believe a payment was incorrectly charged, please contact Glinto first so that the transaction can be investigated. Nothing in this Policy prevents a customer from exercising any rights available through their bank, payment provider or applicable law.
Where a payment dispute or chargeback is raised, Glinto may provide relevant service records, payment information, subscription records and other evidence to the payment provider as reasonably necessary to respond to the dispute.
For cancellation, refund, payment or service-quality questions, contact Glinto Customer Support — Email: pradeepyadavg9@gmail.com, WhatsApp: @GlintoCarCare. Support Hours: 9:30 AM to 6 PM.
Please provide your registered phone number, vehicle details, transaction/reference number where applicable, date of service/payment, and a description of the issue.
Cancellation of a subscription generally stops future renewal billing after the cancellation request is successfully recorded. Unless a refund is separately approved, cancellation does not retroactively cancel services already delivered or automatically refund the current paid period.
Where the application provides separate controls for subscription cancellation and payment-mandate cancellation, the customer should use the applicable control. A payment mandate may be managed through the payment provider/issuer, while the Glinto subscription status is managed through the Glinto application. Customers should verify the resulting subscription status after cancellation.
For a service-quality issue or an isolated missed service attributable to Glinto, Glinto may, where reasonable, provide a re-service, service credit or replacement service instead of a cash refund. Where a cash refund is required by law or approved following investigation, it will be processed through the applicable payment route.
A customer who identifies a duplicate, erroneous or unauthorized charge should notify Glinto promptly. Glinto may request transaction identifiers and may coordinate with the payment provider to verify the payment. Confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges will be handled in accordance with the applicable payment-system rules and law.
Glinto will aim to acknowledge refund or payment-dispute requests within a reasonable support period. The time required for a bank or payment processor to complete a refund may be outside Glinto's control. No customer will be required to waive a statutory remedy merely because the internal review process is pending.
